Service fees are communicated directly during consultation and may vary depending on the scope of work, government fees, and third-party charges. Any applicable fees, payment schedules and refund conditions will be agreed upon separately with each client prior to commencement of work.
Much of our consultation and service coordination takes place over WhatsApp. By initiating contact with us via WhatsApp, you consent to receiving messages related to your enquiry or ongoing case. WhatsApp is operated by a third party, and your use of it is subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service.
