These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website samimidcs.com (the “Website”) and the services offered by Samimi Documents Clearing Services (“Samimi DCS”, “we”, “us”), a documents clearing services business operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Website, creating an account or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Our services

We provide administrative assistance with the preparation, typing, submission and follow-up of applications and documents before UAE government departments and other authorities. We are a private service provider: we are not a government body, we do not make decisions on applications, and we cannot guarantee the outcome, cost or processing time of any application — those remain at the sole discretion of the relevant authority. Requirements published on the Website are indicative and are always confirmed with you before anything is submitted.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under UAE law.
• Information you give us — on the contact form, when registering an account or during an engagement — must be accurate, current and complete. Account registration requires a working email address (verified by a one-time code) and a mobile number with its country code.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these Terms or of UAE law.

3. Your documents and information

You are solely responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of every document and detail you provide. Submitting forged, altered or misleading documents is a crime under UAE law; we will refuse such material and may report it where the law requires us to. We may decline any engagement that would put us in breach of UAE law or regulatory obligations.

4. Fees and payment

• Our service fees are agreed with you before work begins.
• Government fees, fines and third-party charges are set by the relevant authority, are payable in addition to our fees, and are generally non-refundable once paid to the authority — even if an application is rejected.
• Where a refund of our own service fee is due, it will be handled in line with UAE consumer protection law.

5. Acceptable use of the Website

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or other users’ accounts;
• flood, scrape or overload the Website, or bypass its security and rate-limiting measures;
• upload or transmit malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

The Website and its content — text, design, graphics and logos — belong to Samimi DCS or its licensors and are protected by UAE intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction requires our prior written consent.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions taken by government authorities, or for delays and outcomes outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including liability arising from our fraud or gross negligence. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the service fees you paid us for that engagement.

8. Third-party services

The Website may link to third-party services (for example WhatsApp for customer support or Google Maps for directions). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is drafted in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
